  • Each member processes her coffee individually, harvesting only fully ripe cherries. After hand-sorting and a flotation step, the cherries are pulped and fermented in tanks. The beans are then washed and slowly dried on shaded raised beds, preserving quality and creating a cup with clarity and balance. Through transparent practices and hands-on training, CAFE89 supports sustainable agriculture, empowers women, and strengthens their communities.
