Once your order is received it will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Please keep in mind that we roast our coffees daily.

Free Delivery IN Calgary* for Orders Over $20

*within city limits

National Shipping

We offer free delivery across Canada & the USA for orders over $75.

International Shipping

We offer competitive shipping rates to our International customers. There are a variety of shipping options for you to choose from upon checkout. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and have no way of knowing the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Packages Successfully Delivered

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered out of our control, as we ship with no signature required unless otherwise specified. However, we’re here to help! If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• We’ll gladly assist you in tracking down delivery details, including carrier information and proof of delivery.

Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered:

• We will provide a full replacement for any package confirmed as lost or damaged by the carrier, ensuring you receive your order as intended.
