These are the beans that didn't make the cut. Quakers, chips, and the odd defect our sorters pull long before your coffee gets anywhere near a roast. Rather than bin them, we saved them for the one job they're built for: breaking in fresh burrs and scrubbing the last coffee out of your grinder, so the next bag tastes like itself, and nothing else.
