Nirvana opens with the deep, soothing notes of black tea and the floral elegance of jasmine. As you explore its layers, a vibrant medley unfolds: the richness of dark chocolate, the bold complexity of red wine, and the sweetness of ripe cherries and raspberries. Hints of grapefruit add a bright, citrusy sparkle, while nougat and milk tea lend a creamy, indulgent finish. The journey of Nirvana begins with whole cherries, carefully selected and placed in nitrogen-infused tanks for over 100 hours. In this controlled environment, the cherries undergo a slow, deliberate fermentation, with every detail—temperature, pH—monitored to perfection. Once the process is complete, the cherries are delicately dried on three-tiered raised beds for 30 days, allowing the rich, complex flavours to develop fully.
