Great texture, just the right amount of bitterness and milk-chocolaty-ness

I brew this at 94°C, 21 grams in 42-45 grams out using a Lelit Bianca V3. Usually I have it as a latte, and it's absolutely delicious. Pairs with milk well, but also amazing as an Americano.
