Coffee & Tea: Because roasted coffee is a perishable product and we roast to order to ensure maximum freshness, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee or tea purchases. Additionally, online store orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in our physical locations. However, if we’ve made an error or you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info@rossocoffeeroasters.com within 14 days of receiving it—we’ll do our best to make things right.

All ground coffees are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
