Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Due to our product being one of consumption, we will not take returns for any packages that have been opened. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, ground coffee is not eligible for refunds
