Online Only Giftcard

I loved the gift card because I was able to use it to share some of our delicious Albertan Rosso coffee with my brother who lives in Saskatchewan.
He recently came here for a visit and thought my coffee was the best he’d ever had!

Easy to buy, access and redeem

Received during a promotional special. No issues redeeming code in follow up purchase.

I buy Rosso coffee because it's consistently excellent coffee and Ross takes fair trade seriously. But they also offer great incentives and rewards for regular customers. It's appreciated.

The two stars are for the amazing promotion that made me purchase these and ease of purchase online with immediate delivery via email. The technical details of using the cards are quite complicated for us customers - already spoiled by technology perks. It's confusing enough that you need separate gift cards for instore and online. It's even more confusing that my online cards cannot be added to my account similarly to Apple/Starbucks/Tims/Amazon, etc. and be charged automatically until depleted before charging my credit card. What's even worse, I cannot add them to my subscription - so I had to cancel the convenience of that to purchase my coffee bag by bag to use my gift cards.
The features I'd love to see:
- single card for online and instore
- gift card applied to account and used first before using the credit card
- gift card applied to subscription.

Those three will be enough for me to give five stars!
