About The Farm
  • Eulises is a third-generation coffee grower who learned the craft from his father. Coffee has long been central to his family’s livelihood, helping provide stability, education for his children, and a dignified way of life. After discovering specialty coffee in the early 2000s, Eulises became deeply focused on improving quality, refining and standardizing his processing methods to produce more expressive and consistent coffees.
  • This lot is fully washed and carefully processed. After harvest, the cherries undergo a 15-hour oxidation period before being depulped and transferred into hermetically sealed tanks for a 36-hour fermentation. The coffee is then dried slowly on raised beds inside a covered drying structure with natural ventilation, preserving clarity and balance in the final cup.
