This is a 200g bag 

Defined by floral qualities, as we find in many Gesha coffees, this particular offering is very sweet, thanks to expert processing by Luis Anibal. You'll find very prominent sweetness and acidity, that comes through for us in the form of candy-like flavours, such as wine gums and bubblegum.

Luis Anibal is a 2nd generation coffee producer who was born in Acevedo, Huila. He started working in the family coffee farm at the age of 12, and at the age of 15, his father gave him a small portion of land to produce as his own. From here he started saving some profits and in 2015 he decided to make a big change to produce specialty coffee and invest in exotic varieties.

Now working with Cofinet, Luis Anibal is referenced as a star producer. His farm Villa Betulia is 40 hectares and grows dozens of cultivars, such as Gesha, Papayo, Caturron, Pink Bourbon, Chili Bourbon and others. This list of exotic varieties thrive in Acevedo, Huila where Luis is based.
FERMENTATION: The whole cherry is fermented for 15 hours without water, in open-air ceramic tanks.
