For brewing, we recommend using 20 grams of coffee (approximately 3 scoops, from the provided scoop), a medium-coarse grind setting and 350mL of boiling water. You'll want to soak your paper filter before putting your ground coffee in. Then throw your coffee into the filter, and start by pouring 50mL of water to saturate the grounds. Wait approximately 30 seconds, then pour 150mL of water. Wait another 30 seconds, and pour the rest of your water. Something important when making a pour over is making sure all the grounds stay in contact with water. If you pour too fast or too much water, the grinds will lift and be left at the top of the filter where they wont be utilized in the brew. We call this 'high-and-dry". Your overall brew time should be approximately 3 minutes.
