This is a special release intended for the 105th Calgary Stampede. It's rugged, it's smooth and it'll help you rally after those long nights at the saloon.
The reason we chose to feature this particular coffee as our Cowboy offering is partially due to it being grown and cultivated high in the Andes Mountains in Colombia. It's a species of coffee called Tabi, something that's fairly rare in the coffee world. As a plant, it's known for it's strength, rust-resitance and high crop yield - all very beneficial things for a coffee producer.
In the cup, it has a big mouthfeel, it's flavor is heavy and lingers, and it'll absolutely help you out after a long night of Stampeding.
Hey gunslinger, y'think you're ready for this Cowboy Coffee?
